ABOUT JOSEPH
Bungdon Joseph is a hospitality, sales, and workforce-solutions professional with more than 14 years of experience across the GCC, with professional exposure spanning Oman, Bahrain, and the United Arab Emirates.
Currently based in Dubai, Joseph brings a strong combination of hospitality operations, sales, client management, people management, and workforce coordination to the development of Nana Workforce Hub.
Throughout his career, Joseph has progressed through senior hospitality positions, including Head of Department and Deputy General Manager-level responsibilities, giving him a broad understanding of how businesses operate from both the management and client perspective.
His experience has involved working with diverse teams, clients, suppliers, and professionals from different nationalities and backgrounds. This has helped him develop something he considers one of his strongest professional assets:
People. Relationships. Trust.
Joseph believes that successful workforce solutions are not simply about providing manpower. They are about understanding the client's business, identifying the right people, maintaining professional relationships, and delivering reliable service.
